Great. It is convenient to keep it frozen and the day you want it, you just unfreeze it, cook it, and have a delicious / healthy meal, especially if served along some veggies

Economico, seguro y delicioso

Normalmente no como mucho pescado porque no me gusta un olor fuerte o sabor fuerte de pescado. Este pescado compre en la tienda Organico despues de escuchar una presentacion sobre los metodos de criarlos. Tengo una alternativa al salmon atlantico ahora. Este pescado es muy ligero, no tiene mucho olor y es delicado en textura. El sabor se combina perfecto con almendras y hierbas y no contiene toxines ni hormonas. El precio fue $10.99 por dos pedazos que, para mi, es parecido de lo que cuesta el salmon. Lo comi en una parilla y salio riquisimo. Especialmente lo que me gusta es que puedo comerlo frio y sin cocinarlo y todavia es un pescado seguro sin bacterias. Me impresiona, realmente. Se pueden comprar en Pricesmart o en los supermercados Rey y otros locales. Voy a seguir comiendo Cobia porque es un pescado local y criado de forma seguro y con respeto por la naturaleza.

It is a great alternative. We keep it frozen and whenever we want it, we just pull it out and wait a couple of hours for it to be ready to cook. It doesn't smell, it has a great flavor, and it has a consistent hard body.

Perfect portions!

We love cobia at my house! The 5 oz portions are the perfect individual size and make dinner so easy. Just pull a portion out for each person, defrost, grill or sear then voila!

The fish was absolutely delicious ❣️ Very nice flaky and lacking fish smell or fish taste. I had it before when the product first came out on the market. And I loved it then but could never find it for sale. So I'm glad to see that's what you're doing is being able to offer it to consumers now. I've shared it with several other people❣️ who said they would buy a box of ocean blue. I for one think it's important and I also have enough room in my freezer for it. Packaging was great❣️The fact that it was here in 2 days still with dry ice in the box was a wonderful. All the fish was still solidly frozen. And all I had to do is transfer from the box to my freezer of course I kept a couple pieces out for that night. Well done & congratulations ❣️�. Thank You
