Open Blue Marks European Launch with Parisian Reception

Open Blue had the pleasure of hosting a reception in May for the most elite chefs in Paris, including many honored with the distinguished title of “Meilleur Ouvrier de France” (Best Culinary Craftsman of France) Renowned chef, Gérard Sallé (MOF), highlighted Open Blue Cobia’s culinary versatility by preparing first-class French Cuisine dishes for the crowd – ranging from raw to pan seared Cobia.

Held at the prestigious MAISON Ricard in Paris the reception was a huge success, marking Open Blue’s official launch into France and Europe. Open Blue has already successfully integrated Cobia into several high-end restaurants across the UK, Belgium and Italy with more to come; and has streamlined the logistics process into a highly efficient door-to-door distribution across all European countries.
